How do we book your villa?
First you should check the availability calendar to see if your dates are available. If so, please fill out the booking form that can be found here. Once complete we will contact you via telephone or email to finalise your booking.
How much is the booking/security deposit?
The booking/security deposit is £300 for a 7-14 night stay and £400 for a 21 night stay. It is payable at the time of booking and converts to a security deposit once you've arrived at our Villa. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 working days when we have checked the villa upon departure. Any damages and/or breakages will be deducted for the security deposit.
What is the method of payment?
Once you fill in the booking form and we have checked the information, we will then send you our payment details to make a deposit. This is usually done by bank transfer, however other methods of payment are available. Once payment is made you will receive an email receipt.
When is the balance of payment due?
The balance of payment is due 12 weeks prior to your arrival.
What time should I arrive & depart from the villa?
Our villa will be ready from 4pm on the day of your arrival, so please bear this in mind when arranging your travel plans. Departure from the villa is 10am. This allows us to have the Villa cleaned and ready for the next arriving guests. Please note that vacating after 10am may incur a charge.
Do we need Pool / Spa heating?
It is recommended that you have the pool or spa heated between October and April, and this should be requested at the time of booking. If you decide to have the pool or spa heated once you have arrived then be aware that it takes a minimum of 24 hours to heat the pool or spa and is chargeable from the day it is turned on.
Who can we contact if we have any queries or problems
Our property management company are based locally and are contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A contact number is provided for use in the event of emergencies.

What else do we need to know?
Our villa is strictly non-smoking, however we do allow smoking in the outdoor pool area and around the exterior of the villa.
Person under the age of 21 years old are not accepted unless accompanied by a parent or an adult.
Under no circumstances are pets allowed in the villa.
