Luxury Florida Vacation Villa

Latest Update 28/09/20

As it currently stands holidays to the US are still not a likely prospect. Many of our customers who were due to fly to the USA in 2020 and stay at our Villa have postponed their holiday until 2021.

Because of this spaces for 2021 are becoming limited. If you were due to fly in 2020 and are awaiting news of borders opening then we advise you to keep in regular contact with your airline to see if you can make alternative travel arrangements and re-schedule with us where possible.

We are still offering our customers the chance to re-schedule their booking with us to a later date. However, if this is not possible then please refer to our terms and conditions and seek redress through your travel insurance company.

Please note that if you choose to reschedule your 2020 booking to a 2021 booking, any monies paid in full this year (2020) will be ineligible for a refund should you cancel next year. By rescheduling with us you agree to these terms.

We will be happy to provide any required documentation in the form of a receipt/invoice, covering letter and terms and conditions of your booking in relation to any payments made to enable a claim to be submitted to your travel insurance company.

We will continue to monitor and assist with questions and queries as best we can and in line with Government advice and the status of flights and border control.

Our advice to you is:
1. Check Foreign Office/Government advice with regards to travel restrictions regularly.
2. Monitor information from your flight operator or any cancellations or restrictions.
3. Should flights be cancelled and/or travel restrictions be put in place, liaise with your insurance provider on the cover you have in place to determine refunds available to you. Obtain receipts and documentation for all costs incurred to share with them

Please note: If you choose not to travel without restrictions having been put in place you will not be covered by insurance and you will lose monies already paid out. We are neither responsible or liable for any refunds due to lack of travel insurance. This applies to whether you have paid in full, part payments and/or deposits.

What we will do:
1. Monitor Foreign Office/Government advice on a daily basis
2. Liaise with our guests on the impact of any restrictions which have been put in place and what this means to their villa booking.
3. We will not be cancelling any future bookings - we will be carrying on as normal and will be fully guided by Government advice.
4. We will work with our guests as the need arises to provide any documentation for reclaim.

Again, we are truly sorry that this situation is still ongoing. Please do stay in touch and, like you, we will be monitoring the situation and assist as best we can during this difficult time.
